You can join us by creating a DRUM membership account at our website or download our Member Shopping App.

All you need are email address and an active phone number for sign up.

Every DRUM Member need an email address to associate with his or her account.

Upon sign up you will be assign a unique Member ID. Your Member ID is required to track in-store and online purchase.

Members will only received Beats Points for in-store purchases when Member ID screen has been provided before payment.

For online purchase the beats point will be automatically reward on logged in account, after the order is completed

Beats points can be earned regularly through the following ways:

Every RM 1 spent = 1 Beats point *x2 Beats Points / x 3 Beats Points (e.g. Member Day* and other promotions*)

In the event of any ongoing promotion or voucher redemption, you are still able to collect the Beats Points, based on the final payable amount.

Accumulated points may redeem as cash voucher to offset the purchase instore as per the tier below. 

• 500 Beats points = RM5
• 1000 Beats points = RM10
• 1500 Beats points = RM15
• 2000 Beats points = RM20
• 2500 Beats points = RM25
• 3000 Beats points = RM30

Typically, our Beats points will expire after 356 Days of the date you get them.

It's quick and easy to check your Beats points balance! You'll need to be logged in to DRUM Website or Download our Member Shopping Apps to view your Beats points.

Once you do, you can check your balance at 'Beats Points' section.

Upon DRUM Member App Download, you will assigned with a Member ID, the Welcome voucher is tie with the Member ID. Just head to any nearest DRUM Stores, flash your Member ID in APP to enjoy the 10% discount with no minimum spend.
