Every DRUM Member need an email address associated with his or her account.
Upon sign up you will be assign a unique Member ID. Your Member ID is required to track in-store purchases and online purchase. Members will only receive credit for in-store purchases if their Member ID
has been provided. Alternative easiest way is to download our Member Shopping App to keep track the record.

Beat points can be earned regularly through the following ways:

Every RM 1 spent = 1 Beat point *x2 Beat Points / x 3 Beat Points (e.g. Member Day* and other promotions*)

*Excludes the purchase of Gift Card (online) and shipping costs.

Accumulation points may redeem as cash voucher in our website/ in store. 

• 500 Beat points = RM5
• 1000 Beat points = RM10
• 1500 Beat points = RM15
• 2000 Beat points = RM20
• 2500 Beat points = RM25
• 3000 Beat points = RM30

Typically, Beat points will expire after 356 Days of the date you get them. Kindly ask out friendly crews for assistance.

It's quick and easy to check your Beat point balance! You'll need to be logged in to DRUM Website Or Download our Member Shopping Apps to view your Beat points. Once you do, you can check your Beat point balance at 'My Account'.

You will receive a Discount Voucher on your birthday. You are compulsory to redeem birthday discount voucher between 30 days of birthday. A notification email will be send out during your birthday month.
